Welcome to PhaseFit. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and the developer of PhaseFit ("PhaseFit", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your use of the PhaseFit mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
PhaseFit helps you align your fitness and wellbeing with your menstrual cycle. It provides cycle predictions, daily guidance, workout routines, and personal insights generated from the information you enter. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes.
PhaseFit is a wellness and informational tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Cycle predictions are estimates and must not be relied upon for contraception, conception planning, or any medical decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about your health. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read in the App.
Workouts and routines in the App are offered for general fitness purposes. Physical activity carries inherent risks. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits, using proper form, and stopping if you feel unwell. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or have a medical condition. You participate at your own risk.
PhaseFit offers an optional "Pro" auto-renewable subscription on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.
The content you create — cycle history, daily logs, routines, and preferences — is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your personal iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, or to use it in violation of any applicable law.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, mascots, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent they require, and otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
