Your privacy is central to how PhaseFit is built. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App ("PhaseFit", "we", "us", or "our") uses and, more importantly, how it stays in your control. By using the App you agree to this Policy.
PhaseFit is designed to work entirely on your device. Your cycle history, daily logs, symptoms, moods, workouts, routines, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. We do not operate servers that collect this information, and we cannot see, access, or sell it.
To give you predictions and insights, the App lets you enter details such as your last period dates, cycle length, energy, mood, symptoms, and workout activity. This is health-related information and is treated with care. It remains on your device and is used only to power the features you see in the App.
If you are signed in to iCloud and have it enabled, the App stores your data in your own private iCloud account so it can sync across your devices. This data lives in your personal iCloud space, governed by Apple's privacy practices. We do not have access to it.
If you choose to sign in with Apple, we store the anonymous identifier Apple provides so we can recognise your setup across devices and reinstalls. We only receive your name or email if Apple shares them, and only to personalise your experience. We never receive your Apple ID password.
Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple shares anonymous purchase and entitlement information with the App so it can unlock Pro features.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Because your data is stored locally, deleting the App removes it from your device. Data you have synced to iCloud can be managed or deleted from your device's iCloud settings. You are always in control of your own information.
PhaseFit is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because your information is stored on your own device and iCloud account, you can exercise these rights directly within the App and your device settings. If you need help, contact us.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
